EZ Doze Review
EZ Doze is the latest all-natural sleep aid to hit the market. All-natural sleep aids are great alternatives to prescription sleeping pills. They can be just as effective, contain less side effects, are cheaper, and are better for your body. However, the effective all-natural sleeping pills are a dime a dozen.
Does EZ Doze work? The EZ Doze promises to “put you to sleep in 15 minutes and allow you to wake up fully refreshed and it works each and every time.” In reality, EZ Doze is an overpriced sleeping aid that is good but not great. Let’s take a closer look at EZ Doze.
What’s in EZ Doze?
EZ Doze contains 3 ingredients:
• Phenibut
• Melatonin
• Kava Kava
Phenibut. Phenibut is a derivative of GABA that was created in the Soviet Union in the 1960′s. Phenibut has a tranquilizing effect and calms the body. However, it has also been shown to have some bad withdrawal symptoms. It is a decent sleep aid ingredient but needs to be combined with other effective ingredients to make a substantial impact.
Melatonin. Melatonin is one of the more popular sleep aid ingredients on the market. Why? It helps the body control its own internal clock and induces the body into sleep. However, it must be taken at the right dosage or it will not work. Too little of melatonin and you won’t feel any of the effects. Too much melatonin and it will actually act counter reactively plus side effects. How much melatonin is in EZ Doze? Unfortunately, EZ Doze does not disclose how much melatonin is in their product leaving us to wonder.
Kava Kava. Kava Kava purportedly calms anxiety. However, studies have been mixed as to its effectiveness. There have also been several allegation purporting that it causes damage to the liver.
Because EZ Doze does not disclose how much of each ingredient is in each dose, it is very difficult to determine how effective it is. Phenibut and Melatonin are a decent combination but probably aren’t going to substantially make a difference.
Side Effects of EZ Doze
Typical side effects associated with ingredients in EZ Doze include:
• grogginess
• nausea
• drowsiness
• headaches
• dry mouth
Do the Strips make a Difference?
EZ Doze comes in strips and not pills. While they don’t taste as good as mint strips, they aren’t bad. The strips might work a couple of minutes faster than the traditional sleep pill but nothing substantial.
How much is EZ Doze?
One bottle of EZ Doze can be purchased online for $49.99. This is way too expensive for a product of its caliber. There are discounts when EZ Doze is purchased in bulk but even with the discounts it is overpriced.
Is EZ Doze worth purchasing?
EZ Doze has a decent ingredient profile but is extremely expensive. There are much more effective sleep aids out there for equivalent or cheaper prices. EZ Doze brings nothing new to the table to make it worth purchasing. It just is the same sleep aid we’ve seen a hundred times just with a different label.
