Restalex PM Review
Restalex-PM is an effervescent drink like alka seltzer or Airborne. You simply place one of the Restalex PM wafers in water and watch it dissolve. It’s one of the only sleep inducing effervescent drinks I know of. Restalex PM claims to put you into a deep sleep fast and keep you there until you wake up. They also claim you will not feel the groggy or “foggy” side effects upon waking. After taking Restalex PM, you are supposed to see results within a half hour.
Restalex PM Ingredients
Valerian root extract – Is found in sleep aids to help with relieve mild nervous tension and/or difficulty falling asleep. Valerian seems to reduce the time to sleep onset (sleep faster) and improve sleep quality.
Passionflower – Some claim sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic and antispasmodic properties are associated with passionflower. A combination of passionflower herb, valerian root and lemon balm herb is used for conditions of unrest and difficulty in falling asleep due to nervousness.
Melatonin - Melatonin’s primary role appears to be the regulation of the body’s daily (circadian) rhythm, endocrine secretions and sleep patterns. Melatonin is produced by the body at night and helps to regulate the daily cycle of activity during the day and sleep at night. It is believed that those who have difficulty sleeping at night often have reduced levels of melatonin.
Is Restalex PM Safe?
The key ingredients in Restalex PM are common natural herbs that have been used in a number of natural sleep aids and do not have the same side effects you would find with a prescription sleep aid. Caution should still be taken if you are on any other drugs or if you are pregnant or nursing.

This is not as cut and dry and answer as it should be. First off, you can get a “free” sample of Restalex PM for $4.95. If you are not satisfied, you can ship it back within 14 days and that should be the end of it. If for some reason you miss the 14 day window, you will be charged $74.90 for what they say is a month’s supply. You are then enrolled in a monthly autoship program. The overall price of this product will depend on how you like it or how prompt you are about remembering to tell the company you don’t.

Not really. You are able to get a “free” sample for $4.95 but you have to ship the product back in order to avoid being charged the $74.90. If you are unsatisfied after that point you can cancel but that only exempts you from future charges.
Is Restalex PM Worth Purchasing?
Restalex PM is an ok product that uses several ingredients that have been known to help people sleep while limiting the side effects and some people don’t like taking pills so the effervescent quality may be a selling point for some of you. I would have liked more information about how much of each ingredient is present and official results of independent studies which I didn’t see.
