The website for Fusion Shut-Eye is easy to use and fairly informative. It contains a complete list of ingredients and nutrition table, an FAQ section, scientific reasoning for how and why it works, customer testimonials, and contact information for Fusion.

It does not include clinical evidence (one graph explaining some aspect of the pills is not nearly sufficient to be considered evidence) and you cannot buy it directly from the website. Those being the only two drawbacks means that Fusion Shut-Eye has a pretty solid website and is likely a viable option for treating insomnia.

The ingredients in Fusion Shut-Eye include: Seditol (a proprietary blend of Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) (bark) and Ziziphus spinosa (Jujube) (seed)), melatonin, L-arginine, L-ornithine, and Bioperine^® Piper nigrum (Black Pepper).

“Seditol promotes sleep onset and sleep maintenance by binding to adenosine A1 and GABA receptors, putting you in a deeply relaxed and drowsy state so it’s easy to get to sleep… The melatonin in SHUT•EYE™ helps regulate your circadian rhythms and to reset your natural biological clock, so you can get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.” These are the only two ingredients that treat insomnia, the others are proteins and thermogenic aids.

Overall Value:

Fusion Shut-Eye is not sold on the Fusion website so you have to buy it at various stores or elsewhere on the internet. Typically a 120 capsule jar costs around $40 and it may come with a guarantee or refund policy depending on the store you get it from. The price range is decent and Fusion Shut-Eye does have two pretty solid ingredients. It is probably an effective sleep aid, but we doubt if it adding protein/amino acids to the capsules will really have an impact on your muscle building activity while you sleep. Most people are looking for a sleeping pill that helps them fall asleep fast, stay asleep through the night, and wake up refreshed. If Fusion Shut-Eye helps you with those three things then it is totally worth it. But, other sleeping pills often have ingredients like Seditol and melatonin in addition to other powerful sleep aids and they cost about the same price.
