Super Sleep by Webber Naturals is a sleep aid ready to cure mild sleeping problems. As it explains,

I have two issues with this statement. Unique is a word they use about their Super Sleep supplement but the ingredients are very similar, not unique, to many other sleep aid supplements. The only thing I found unique about Super Sleep by Webber Naturals is it is a chewable tablet that comes in different flavors. Some may prefer chewing over swallowing. My other issue is this “unique” sleep aid only helps with mild cases of sleeping disorders. It does not target all sleeping disorders.

Melatonin is one of the major ingredients in Super Sleep by Webber Naturals. It is a safe and effective sleep aid. It is a hormone produced naturally in your brain at night. It is responsible for regulating your sleep/wake cycle so that you get tired at night and you’re awake during the day. Melatonin tablets have been used for many years and provide regulation in sleep cycles. They help make up the difference so that you can fall asleep naturally when bed time comes.
Side-effects of Melatonin: The most common Melatonin side-effect is headache and/or an altered sleep pattern. Mental or mood changes may also occur as well as itching, fast heartbeat or heavy headedness. Melatonin may cause lowering of the body temperature. Vivid dream is also associated with melatonin use
5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino acid and chemical precursor that works as a neurotransmitter of major hormones of the brain including melatonin. It is a dietary supplement used for antidepressants, appetite reducer, and sleep aid. When it comes to 5-HTP and sleep, the amino acid helps with REM.
Side-effects of 5-HTP:
5-HTP can raise serotonin levels which can cause depression. When 5-HTP is taken with other drugs side effects could be dangerous but do vary.
L-Theanine is that last major supplement in Super Sleep by Webber Naturals. L-Theanine is a unique amino acid from green tea. Studies show L-Theanine reduces stress and helps with improving the quality of sleep. It is a very common supplement used in sleeping aids to help calm the body from anxiety/stress which in turn helps people sleep.

I’ve got a beef with Super Sleep by Webber Naturals claiming to be unique. Also, it is a mild sleep aid and only helps with mild sleeping problems.
