XSomnia

If you’ve ever suffered from sleep troubles for an extended period of time, perhaps your entire life, you may have identified yourself at some point as an insomniac. Insomnia, whether chronic or temporary, can be a debilitating disorder. Here to the rescue, we are told, is XSomnia – an herbal solution to a serious problem.
Xsomnia Ingredients
After studying the Xsomnia formula and comparing it with the claims of the product, it appears surprisingly mild. It is a “proprietary blend” amounting to less than a gram of the following:
• Vitamin B6
• Valerian root extract
• Chamomile
• Peppermint
• Hops extract
• Passionflower
• Skullcap
• Melatonin
A few of these ingredients, like chamomile and peppermint, you might expect to find in an herbal tea. These are very mild ingredients with somewhat tenuous relaxant properties. Valerian, passionflower, hops and skullcap are more potent herbal sleep remedies, though it is difficult to say whether the product actually includes an effective dose of each. Given the nature of proprietary blends, it could be almost all peppermint (a very cheap ingredient) to save the company money. We hate to be so skeptical, but such is the world we live in.
XSomnia Sleep Inducing Effects
Assuming passionflower, hops, valerian and hops are included in effective doses, this could help the average person relax and fall asleep easier. It may not be quite potent enough for the chronic insomniac. Melatonin is also known to be a crucial element in regulating healthy sleep cycles and if one is deficient then a supplement could help significantly.
XSomnia Side-Effects
There doesn’t appear to be any ingredient here that could be in a concentration where adverse side effects have been reported.
XSomnia Overall Value
XSomnia is sold by My Natural Relief LLC, which claims their X-factor (whatever that means) justifies trying their products. It isn’t particularly expensive for a sleep aid at $25 and the company does offer free shipping, but for this deal you are enrolled in an auto-ship program which automatically sends you more and charges you for it. For what appears to be a pretty mild product, we don’t think its worth getting tangled up in.
